It is a space for questioning topics whilst providing insights and reflection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Themes are not constant and will evolve with new thoughts. Topics may incorporate but will no doubt expand beyond The Ethics of AI, Town Planning, The Environment, Sustainability, Governance, Leadership, Society, Health and Growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a personal venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside pursing a higher education in Philosophy, I&#8217;ve created this platform as an outlet. A platform for exploring philosophical questions and ethical values.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This platform is independent and should not be taken as representative of my employer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why create this and not post on other platforms? I enjoy the creative flow this platform allows, as well as the independence it affords. The ability to choose style and layout, as well as a hosting provider with an environmental and social conscious. Lastly, it allows for independence in copyright and facilitates the integration of software to prevent AI software programs from crawling and scraping my work without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why<em>Thought Centre<\/em>? The frontal lobe of the brain is where critical thinking occurs and is often referred to as the <em>Thought Centre<\/em>. In many ways it&#8217;s a part of us that makes us distinctly human creating the ability to plan, reflect, and control our behavior in sophisticated ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All photography used on this platform was captured by Neil in person using a hand held digital camera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where AI has been used as part of the preparation of any content on this platform it is appropriately disclosed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I work productively, in a limited and controlled capacity, with AI tools while maintaining the critical distance necessary to facilitate critical analysis of their implementation and appropriate use.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the author: Neil Cooney<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How this platform came about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enjoy writing =&gt;
